Every year, the Madrona community comes together for our biggest fundraiser of the year to raise money for essential programs and resources that directly benefit our students and school community.
What is Move-a-Thon?
A day of fun on October 16th and a month of drumming up financial support and Panther Pride for our Madrona school and all our students.
How does it work?
On Friday, October 16th, our students will each get outside for an hour of fun on Madrona Playfield!
Between now and October 16, families ask extended family, friends, and colleagues in the community for donations to support our school!
The classroom with the most number of pledges received — regardless of dollar amount — will win a special prize!
How do I cheer my kid(s) on?
We love to have cheerleaders! Come to the Madrona Playfield to cheer on your kid(s)!

Madrona Move-a-Thon puts the FUN in fundraising! Whether families raise $5 or $5,000, every single dollar makes a difference. When we work together as a community, all of our students and educators win. Plus, it’s a great way for kids to flex their power and for our extended community to show how much they care.

Fundraising is open, so you can start setting up your student’s personal fundraising page.
We’ll need a lot of day-of volunteers to make October 16 a blast for the kids, so mark your calendar and sign up to volunteer.
